Good in culture. Company policies are excellent, appraisal and salary hike are fair and bonus every year.

...t base. And doesn't have a decent cafeteria. Need more alternation in workplace. Salary is good but growth of career is slow.

You can make great contacts when you work in Aviation. As far as IndiGo is concerned, I personally feel that IndiGo stands out of the crowd just by the way it treats its customers. Apart from that, it does not charge a penny for recruitment and training, when compared to other airlines. It personally takes growth seriously of every employee.

...e that mistake just in that month. Company cabs are chargeable for ground staff. Basic salary is highly low compared to other airlines.

I like about job security is more than any other airline, work culture is also good and management is always there to help you out. You can reach to HR and any higher authority easily and personally. You don't need to take permission for that. Yes, company policies are strict but I think this is the necessity as well.

Salary can be a draw back here but other compensation make it balanced.

While lockdown many of the companies are not paying salary to the staff but indigo paid salary at that time because it was uncertain thing which has happened as Corona virus.

We don't have choice of work from home.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
