There is no salary revision for glochem merged employees, but they were doing more work with compare to new joiners. Actuallyy torrent group is very good, but Vizag administration is very bad situation. Here no system only HR having own rules and regulations just like Hitler. There's no unity in management, man oriented running.

Good work environment and good culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
