...ulture is totally depends upon your team, sometimes policies are good for you...and some policies like 100% PF cut from employees salary is not good.

Shahi is not soo good for Career growth after covid. Good for seniors and nothing much to learn for juniors position.

...R team doesn't stick onto HR policies rather they move on their own mindset... 2) Designation specification and salary Hikings doesn't implies properly where employee with more experience, capability will be payed less compared to employee with very less experience.. 3) Regional prominance needs to be followed properly which is affecting employees where employees with Regional background is keeping far and other Regions candidates are appointed more.. 4) Please do take employees irrespective of Region / Language. consider talent , work experience and skills of candidates.. 5) officially office timings will be 9:30 to 6 but many a times employees are made to work till latenights and even girls / ladies are made to work till late night and doesn't even provide cab facilities to them..

Salary is good but growth is slow.

Good company , with their effective goals, good work life balance.

Dislikes

No growth to juniors in terms of promotion and compensation, And only technical skill development, but no development in terms of IT.

Its a well settled and manages organisation.

Company should pay same to old employees what they are paying to new bees with the same experience.
