Total experience in company 8 year 9 months but not growth & opportunity.

Salary in time. Bonus is good. Higher management is good but senior and middle management increases harrasment.

Politics is at peak. Way of talking to junior is absurd. Your good work doesn't count but your little fault msy lead to your bounded resignation. Everything depends on Boss. If he is OK, you're safe.

Salary increament is not good, heavy work pressure, seniors behaviour is bad

Skill development for good place and anybody will get improve his strength and residence facilities is also plus point to saving their employees and company nearest to residence area.

Overall good but salary package is not good as per designation and hard to fight for salary increament on appraisal time.

Office timming is good. One can learn corporate office & work culture fast. Company policies are good, appraisals are low & unsatisfied as per job roles. But bonuses are good.

...ics & gossips. Few RM(s) don't support & address our issues to upper management. Salary is unsatisfied as per job post & job description. Career growth is also slow. Also RM will not entertain to retain good employees who are expertise in there fields.
