M like everything in iifl...its a goog nbfc for growth comparing others. If we talk about salary and growth than i give 100 out of 100 to iifl because I personally see that.

it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.

...s has a good work environment and culture,there is a gaming arcade for chilling. Policies are good, apparisals are good and fair and they give good salary hike.

The boss should motivate the employee towards work with softly but in this company bosses are not treating employees as a humans so they have to mend their ways.top management should talk with lower level employees and they should know the employee concerns towards work and personal things.
