Month on month Salary is good. Pressurised job. Team members are very co-operative.

Incentive salab is very tough. If the share market gets volatile no one's can't work peacefully. If you achieve your monthly targets, even though they were not leaving you from the third parties products. More over asusal corporate politics is there.

I m not dislike working at axis securities ltd.but change axis bank in axis securities ltd to quess company all mfi staff. so I m not interested to quess job policy.

It is the best place to work. Company has given good bonus and declared increment, will be given in mid year. Job security in this current Covid-19 situation.
