Work environment is good and management also taking care in every aspect.

So many politics was there in the company.Career growth is very very slow and salary hikes also not at all good.Appraiser rating was not given as per rating.In Management some are intentionally stop my growth.

Month on month Salary is good. Pressurised job. Team members are very co-operative.

Incentive salab is very tough. If the share market gets volatile no one's can't work peacefully. If you achieve your monthly targets, even though they were not leaving you from the third parties products. More over asusal corporate politics is there.

it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.

Karvy has one of the most nice working environment in broking industry and team managers are very good

Compensation and wrking hours is more as compared to other broking houses

...I got here lots of knowledge and experience. Staff gets training on every month. Here I could rise my salary every quarter. So don't worry about politics.

Chatu employees are favorite and manager's aslo thinks are good in the team, If your performance in good and you are not a chatu it's hard to get promotion.
