My only concern is the growth in Planet Spark...tutors who give 100% should be recognised & basis pay per class should be increased...Parents nowadays ask us not to pressurize kids with extra sparkx & activity centre games..wherein our bonus gets affected to a large extent

I like the way students interact with the teachers, get to learn while teaching them and also the flexibility of hours for teaching them. I can choose my suitability and availability of hours and parents are also cooperative..

Dislikes

They don't pay if in case students don't join from their side and also the restrictions of classes which reduces the payments credited. And in case students are busy and can't do the practice and performance classes, it reduces our ratings as well and no bonus is credited.

.... If you are hardworking, teaching is your passion this is the platform for you. From getting 3200 as my first month salary to earning around 3200 in a day, it just took 3 months. As long as you are honest with your work, your job is secure.

Dislikes

Paying hourly is both boon and bane, where it gives motivation to earn extra by teaching an hour, it is equally demotivating, taking a week off and not being paid for it. I think it should provide the paid week off to its employees.
