I did not like the Union environment. Because due to union its always productions losses happened in a company.

1.Most of time repeated work. 2. Not self dignity in work, most of time korean comments updation. 3. Fixed OT rate.

Increments and salary offered are quite low as compare to market

career growth, despite the company is putting emphasis on equal oppirtunity but there is still these politics.
