Pay scale. As a fresher in core I think only L&T is giving this much pay

I don't blame L&T, BT the work location which is common in construction industry

Working Culture & Environment was too good for new employees in terms of Knowledge enhancement. Learning and Development program gives a lot opportunities to the employee to strengthen their core knowledge. Leadership commitment is also down to earth.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company gives good benefits apart from salary like house rent, annual travel allowance, Mediclaim etc.

Dislikes

Working time is too long, holidays are rare. You will get less time to spend with your family and friends

... having average educational training. Having much more skill training institute. Enough salary. travel allowance for particular activity.

Dislikes

work pressure is very high especially executive team. more politics in at particular area. Deploying other discipline students in another department.
