Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..

No Hike, nonproper follow up with reporties, project members not I'm same place, salary break up remain same even 4 years of completion

1. Salary structure.Everything fixed salary. 2. WFH policy. 3. Annual bonus , low but on Top of CTC so good.

1. Work life balance depend upon project.Still not good 2. Low salary hike.
