Salary should be high while hiring. HR try to fit candidate as much as low and tight budget. Rather should pay competitive and higher salary.

Salary was paid timely basis but overtime and reimbursements was pathetic.

Overall it's a good company. Team mates are supportive. Job security is not there

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
