Good work environment and culture. Management and teammates are supported company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

...Providing food breakfast and lunch. Dinner for employees working at night shift. Salary and increment are good. Even it is based on performance.

Dislikes

Works not equally distributed, you have to after working hours and most of the nights. Saturday Sunday you have to work and update reports. And will not get time for family. Even on leave days you have to work more than 5-6. So many internal politics inside. Based on language and you are from. Groupism etc Little bit better if you are placed in business department. Even their you will fell the same.

There was freedom to work & it is ready to adopt new ideas. I am lucky to b a part of the group

The work pressure is very high to meet the target and new project implementation. Package was somewhat better. But there is no proper lead manager in my team

Can easy access to all departments to get knowledge of different works, freely

Consider the Local cost of living and analyse and verify the nearby Company's salary package and provide good salary package/ increment to withstand the experience/Capable down the level staffs who consistently support the organization in a harder times should be Motivated.
