I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

I joined it as a fresher and we can get a lot to learn from that

Salary is too less for the work we did

Infosys is good place to work and we can have work life balance.

Hikes are not given every year. I am satisfied with the salary hike what ever I got till now
