What I don't like about there is that they do deduction from salary if somebody not achieve their goals given by the company

At anytime company will change entire policies relating to work or work model not even check with employees,

...anagement is transparent. There a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... Jio company is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

One man army worker, you are in any post but you do all thing for company 5 years passes no any increment. And company only thing about own self not for the employees.
