This company is sweet and small. It respects every employee work and values them equally. Good career growth and learning opportunities. Every month training will be maintained. This is the only company which has 30 to 60% of employees working from the past 25 years without change.

Dislikes

Compensation is less and hikes are very less. Kannada biased politics is there but not much as in other company.

Java projects are very less. If your in Microsoft dynamics 365, will get lot of opportunities

Dislikes

During covid they paid half salary and did layoffs too many.
