If you are fresher then I would suggest you should not join Tata technologies. If you are experience and have already gain alot of knowledge then you can come to Tata for exploring your skills. Besides from this it does matters which department you are working in and which project's work is assigned to you. Some other department have lot of work but some might not have work. So it's unpredictable, you won't be able to choose department you like.

Overall company growth is good and job security is not bad and learning more. But salary/ appraisal is not good growth. And work life balance also ok.
