... on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.

Hybrid work culture, good salaries and work life balance, Decent salary increments, few additional benifits like mobile phone reimbursement and well being reimbursement are few good things.

I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence.
