Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

How much good project you got depends on ur luck. Salary hikes to most of candidate is in one digit only. Getting promotions is very tough one of my friend worked for 6 year but not got promotion

... related policy like leaves ad priorities for onsite compare with FTE candidate. And main thing your salary will not directly come from Infosys, it's come from your third party payroll company.

If project gone, you will also gone from company with in 2 days. So this is the most dangerous part of 3rd party payroll.

1. It has been identified that the employees working on customer location didn't get the feeler of brand due to lack of basic amenities and logistics and no audit towards such facilities. 2. Reimbursement for the expenses made by employee takes longer and even sometimes didn't even processed and no one is even care about the same. 3. Most of the time HR people just takes the feedback and done. No resolution of the issues provided.
