Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

Good work environment and culture. But if you compare in terms of hike then this place is not right for your carrier.

Salary hike is very low and also carrier growth is slow.
