pay structure needs to be improved and made transparent, people at same level being paid vastly different salaries Crony culture in some departments

Familiar culture....The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraises.

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.
