Company is no fixed timing. No work compensation for overtime. Working environment is very political.

Company will provide more number of manpower than it actu required. Therefore less pressure on individual. You can avail leave easily.

Dislikes

Biggest dislike is salary is not on time. There is no fix time for salary credit. If you are having liabilities like loan, rent, and any other fixed expenditure on fixed date then please avoid joining
