Salary is very less. And even yearly increment is on the basis of performance. So there is no increment for an average employee.

Pramotion and salary increment where the person come from outside will get more salary as compared to people who work with them for long time.They Just hiring the people but didn't understand the value of current employees who are with them 😕😞 event don't bother to retain them with best option if you have even 10 years of experience.
