Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

If you want dynamic growth and promotion JP is not right place. Ijp is option to choose and explore other country but bit difficult to get good pay compare to switch organisation.

Good bank with competitive salary. You will work on new technologies and more exposure will be given.

Work pressure is high. Micromanagement Less chance of promotion
