It varies from project to projects, but in my experience everything was smooth. Excellent work environment with flexibility Very supportive colleagues Lot of learning opportunities No toxicity in my team I am in a dev role , experiences might be different with any other role specially support role.

3months notice period, local(Kolkata) HR are too bad and ofcourse his behaviour is too rude.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Limited growth opportunities, less to no-hike, so better negotiate well before joining.
