No salary increment after 1 year There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is very low. Every thing is depend upon client location. Don't do for client location and it's worst I'm working in hmcl project 4.8 yrs but no career growth.Client and reporting manager is very worst. Please dont go for chittoor plant hmcl project. Microland don't care about employees and always important to clients. Extra compensation and cuttings in ctc. No one care about the work .Client side work is very worst Hero Motocorp Ltd. Every thing is depend upon client side manager. He is all rounder for to rule the IT employees and need to depend always even leaves and work time and leaves also.
