Facilities is not good like salary or health insurance, travelling allowance etc..

Infrastructure is good leaves are good they do not deduct money for leaves of absent salary is on time, interaction with onshore team . This company is very good for married people.

Incentives policy change quatorly to annually You will get as per performance if you are leaving company before December you are not eligible to get incentives amount.company is good but peoples are not good. senior employees rules like college if you cannot learn things quickly they will past a negative comments just on your face,and also pass negativity about you to your manager without your knowledge but some teams are very good supportive and helpful .but in my team they made me cried for 2 times in the office and many times mood off. But if you are a person who can fight back at an cost this place is good for you.

Salary is ok and its depend on the Project and Client and carrier growth is slow.

I worked with ADP company more than three and half years, I really enjoyed my journey. I like work culture of ADP company. I gained good amount of payroll knowledge.

HR services on PF was not up to the level. Pressure to achieve targets.
