I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Everything except PF is given on basis salary which mean if you have 13k CTC then your PF contribution is about 400 rs..

Tech Mahindra is a good company with some good people.

Dislikes

Tech Mahindra's policy is not good for movement of the process. Salary will remain the same if your process is high in salary values.

There should be salary increment for work from home aswell every year because as per work salary is not that much for work from home
