The cab facility is very much convenient, staff can save one side expense.

...ion policy, staff need to serve three months notice period on the basis of LOE.. And if want to resign instant, no clearance would be given and have to pay three months amount to the company. 😒😕

Salary wise is good Some people have good nature personally and work wise

Problem is the shift 3 different shifts in a week that affects health.

Senior and higher management is good and supportive they don't act like tipical boss, they valued their employees how much they are important for company.

Good work environment & culture. teammates are supportive & transparent. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
