People unnecessary point out specially senior has no respect for junior executive. No appreciation for junior works by seniors it's very toxic environment

...lot of pressure comes from management side which makes employee productive less. Freshers are welcome if they want to build career in overseas education but pay would be bit less. During COVID situation the best part was that nobody got laid off, company take care for each employee but when it comes to pressure it's something that we have to look market situation & then decide the strategy.

Dislikes

Career growth is bit slow & salary is part of negotiation. Work-life balance is good but yes when you are in service industry, students parents will disturb you often during your week offs & holidays.

... work with very humble director and experienced Team. Company policies are good. Salary package is also good.

...t. My teammates as well as my head (Vishal sir) was very helpful and supportive. Work Environment and salary was also good. We easily achieve our targets.

At times the patients were not listened what we want to say about to secure their lives. They usually ignore us. Though we were convinced them because of training we had from lifecell.

Company culture, supportive manager, learning and development.

Dislikes

Constant changes in the company, no fix timings have to work in shifts as per demand, low salary as compared to other ed-tech.
