Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.

First company in world where Payroll employees reports to off-roll employees . Hectic manager. Extremely bad culture of IT. Not recommend for IT employees.
