Work life balance is good but it depends upon site to site condition.Facilities and other work culture changes site to site.overall good.

Promotion amd increment very slow . Salary also less as compared to experience.

Since Tata group is a big group job is secured. Medical insurance and other benefits are good here

Management is not having good vision.so the business is down, payment increments and bonus reduced
