Nothing in particular. Just there should be formal induction for new employees.

Working time is fixed, salary and benefits reach you on time. No big pressures from the works.

There was no appraisals. The lay off was a sudden shock for the employees which made job security a question mark.

They put some employees on Furlough but thankfully I was not in that list. They also deducted salary of employees whose salary is more than 30,000.

The Team Leaders are inefficient and lack empathy. Favouritism and licking culture due to some old employees. Rest every things is fine. If you manage to butter people, you will survive happily here.

Good organization to grow with. You will learn a lot from the seniors and peers. I'm quite satisfied with the organization.
