If a employee really spend his time period of more than 5 Years in the organisation with great appreciation and positive feedbacks from the clients. In my opinion A management should really consider his achievements to next level with giving a good salary packages atleast what he or she truly deserve according to Market experience. No ways I wouldn't have left such a great organisation. Miss working in Wipro all time😊👍
