Its saturated at the top and it has become feudalistic with each strap running their fiefdom. If you are part of the clique, it's great. If you are not, you will hit a glass ceiling soon

It's my 4th months where I'm standing now. To be honest,if you want to learn a new technology along with good salary package then join TCS after 8years of experience else you'll not be satisfied at all... You ll get a excellent Medical facilities here...Scope of learning new technology... Till now, my overall experience is really good.
