Growth is very tough, also getting increment or hike in salary is a challenging factor plus less man power and extra burden of work.

...out my job and the best part, where everybody is tensed about getting a new job. Our company gave us Diwali bonus, wat else we can demand from them. I am really happy with the culture and the environment. Everybody is supportive and encouraging.

Sometimes the instructions are too messed up and not clarified.

Really proud to be a Bytedancer. Always day one is a concept to learn new things. Diversity champion is another good policy by organisations. We got fair opportunity everytime. Job was always secure from day one to last day. Work culture is so cool, which I can't imagine in any Indian company. Facilities to the employees are outstanding.

Dislikes

...strategy, new thing can ruin the past good strategy. But its a personal opinion. End of the day they did decent salary and facilities. That is a big thing for me.

...-Two appraisal cycles in a year- you perform well, you will likely get a hike -Spot bonus for best performance in a team/ department -If you're working in night shifts, you will get both side cabs. Early morning shift gets only pick up. -Night shift allowance- it can range from 300-500 per shift -It's not a typical office wherein you work in cubicles, you get your own work laptop and can work freely. -Reimbursment is pretty good, you show proof of purchase and company will reimburse you for accessories, table chairs, internet etc. P.S- ByteDance Gurgaon operates from 4th and 6th floor of WeWork Forum building, Cyber City.

Dangerous office politics- you will find yourself in treacherous waters. Tread carefully or else you may even end up a scapegoat for someone else's blunder. HRs- namesake morons, they hardly meet you. Forget your grievances, it goes unheard. Bottomline is, unless you work in the capacity of a manager, you are always at risk. If you intend to complain against someone in a higher position, FORGET IT.

Since starting the experience is very good, great work life balance even the company is , providing work from home options and aids , very nice work culture and learned a lot, people are very much helping.

Dislikes

Nothing even in this pandemic situation they have not deducted any pay or facility.
