management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Worst worklife balance. Culture is depend upon location. Old plant have pathetic culture like Ankleshwar, special kasna. Corporate politics is wrost. 6 days in a week.

Career Growth, Not a people oriented company, Salary and the designation is entirely depends on your business head/reporting manager ( on the basis of how good are you in butter coating, etc), No in house training and even if its there they are just doing for some one and not for the benefit of the employee
