management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

If manager want to keep you save then no one will revomve from your position. There is hugh politics in between employees and manager plays big role to save and unsaved.

As an intern at Reliance Retail, my experience was enriching and valuable. No hike on salary no extra pay for overtime only seniors are helpful Even after working for 2 years no increment or promotion just come do overtime work and go home
