As a music teacher it's so difficult to earn good amount of money but whitehatjr has bridged the gap between the student and the teacher and hence been a great help for the teachers and the pay is also good. It's not like a set amount they pay you no matter what, you have the freedom to do much work and earn much.

Dislikes

Not much communication with the other teachers on platform. Feels secluded some times as it is work from home.

Likes

Company policies are very clear for everyone. It's in our hands to keep our Job secured here. We must be more responsible as it is a Edu-Tech Company and no compromise with their customers. Work Culture is quite different but it is adaptable. Management is Awesome. To be here as a Teacher is like one of the partners since we need to take care of our customers individually. And is purely based on WIN-WIN concept. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that provides non compromised Education all over the World. Really Proud to be at WhiteHat Jr.

Dislikes

There is no dislike according to me. Compensation is quite Good. Like other companies Work pressure is high. No compromise. Work life balance is too Good when compared with other employment where we need to travel a lot. If we take more efforts we are paid appropriately.

The Guidline to upgrade is very good.

There is no job security, very volatile salary structure. No maternity leave policies for teachers.

Before it was good company with good benefits and salary and much more

Now after covid the company has fallen below average with no job security ,strict rules , no good work principles
