...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Pay scale is not good in this company and no rule and revolution . Daily update and change rule depending on senior.

They are not letting me to work at home Low salary and no holidays and only night shifts

Management not Good, nighter HR department is well as should be a helping employees in HR department, No salary increment, Politics play, No person growth. No respect of talent.
