Monopoly of seniors they recruit employee of their benefit which is not good and they ask pay out amount for themselves pay out amount only for bank employee not for our bosses which is not good company has to track that thing

The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.
