A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.
