Banking hour is much more for the customer. Bonus is very low. I will not suggest to any one for indusind bank.

Bank policies are good and appraisal are fair, good salary package, good work environment and teammates are supportive and the management is very transplant.

Work culture here is very much fair and transparent....appraisals are satisfactory and they gives us fair and good salary hikes

...one talks about career & renumeration, this is quite balanced and rewarding too. Annual Salary hikes are better than industry average. Also, co. offers sufficient opportunities for growth & lateral movements to keep one versatile.

Dislikes

Not much, but yes sometimes, decisions taken at senior management either gets late or taken in hurry which results in again realignment of earlier calls. Working days need to be fixed up.... as co has taken care of working hours. Also, bottom-up model to be strengthen in system for business & operational matters.
