One has multiple options to move internally and the process is not much politically influenced. SCB offers you stability but align with market updates. You ll not get feel of working in outdated systems/applications.

Team outing is very less and most of time not sponsored by company. Cultural events like celebration not there anymore. No Diwali gifts kind of stuffs. No employee appreciation apart from the yearly performance bonus & hike.

Company is good for growth and the work culture is good. There is no pressure at work

Everything here is good except the salary. Even though there is growth in the company the pay is not as per the market standards.
