The inclusive and transparent culture is very appreciative. My reporting manager is a gem of a person and a true leader, does not micro manage and leaves with us the way of managing the territory and guides us on what to do. Result oriented.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are average, appraisal system is the the reason for exit. Higher management is not involved in proper appraisal. Some HO guys have control in the recommendation of promotions and it is not linear to the performance you do.

Only few people handling the business who don't have industry Knowledge & experience. And aslo fever form Sr Manager to only colleagues from pervious company

Great organization to work with. In this covid pendamic time where all the competition brands are cutting off salary and we in xiaomi got salary hike. Not a single days we found difficulty in salaty. Respect..
