Low salary for senior staffs even getting promotion and achieved the business parameters. We are getting the grade but not getting salary asper the grade.

Salary and compensation: People coming from outside can take some very good hike while joining HDFC. They don't limit that upto 25 to 30% hike, if you can negotiate better, you can take some good hike which other banks might not offer, people gets upto 50 to 60% hike while joining from other banks. Home loan rate of interest is 2.5% to 4% for employees Car loan rate of interest 4% Personal Loan rate of interest is at around 5% 5 working days 1 day work from home in a week. Organization culture: Most of the people are there in the bank since inception and for many of them this might be the first organisation, due to this there is pros and cons, those people have not worked outside HDFC are not experienced the outside world and thinks in their own way, people who are very senior are very loyal to the organisation and gave all their life to build this organisation, hence they have different emotions involved in to it.

Yearly appraisal hikes are not very good

The management is very cooperative. The working environment helps us in day to day life.

The salary is very low.

Pushy work culture with all the focus on timelines and least importance to employees.
