I think on floors management should maintain more professionalism as the team leaders and executives all work very unprofessionally and also use abusive languages there should be some ethics management should provide training to team leaders managers how they should talk to other employees , Thank you !

Their working time, pressure on workers and break structure. Also they told that you'll have roaster according to you but TL and manager will set your roaster according to thier off's.
