The only lacking point is that the organisation did not provide year on year salary hike until or unless someone did not achieve their yearly Targets.

I left the company before lockdown But the company provides good package for the freshers also Will get many things to learn Once can stay in the company if he/she has the ability to work under the exposure of pressure

All the insurance company has pressure Selling insurance is as difficult as selling a comb to a bald
