The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

Job security, Good bonus, good managers and team.

Hikes are less and not as per market standards, no work life balance.

Salary structure and less involvement of senior lot with the ground resources

Team mates were cooperating well,training was good,salary and appraisal were fair.

Dislikes

Work life balance was not there because my immediate boss and super boss were pressurizing always.
