Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

It is the best place to work. Company has given good bonus and declared increment, will be given in mid year. Job security in this current Covid-19 situation.
